Vince was a very nice person. He was very dependable and he was there when he said he would be. He explained to me what to look for in damage for termites. He explained to me how he would treat the inside and outside of my home. He explained to me the products he would be using and the safety of the product for humans and animals. I was very pleased with his service!

Performed in a timely manner
Always courteous and thorough. We used Terminex when we lived in Greensboro, NC and decided to use them on our new house in Conway, SC. We have not had to call them for any issues with bugs or ants in Conway, but they always came out if we had ant issues in Greensboro and resolved our ant issues. That is why we chose them for our new house.
Friendly, prompt techs who communicate well re: special issues (dogs) & scheduling. Office personnel also friendly, helpful for scheduling & info purposes.
