We were having new carpet installed and when we took up the old carpet and padding, we noticed something unusual. We called Terminix and they were able to come the next day to let us know what that was. The man who came, I believe his name was Bobby, was very efficient and helpful.

We had a black widow on the side of our home which initiated our process into looking for pest control! Corey Anderson came out to our home and after treating both the inside and outside perimeter we noticed a huge difference in the bugs & black widow was dead and gone!! He does such a great job, we decided to get yearly pest control along with termite protection as well through terminix due to the service you guys provide along with Corey’s great customer service!! Being from the northeast and not familiar with termites we decided we wanted to go with the industry leader, Terminex. We were extreeemly fortunate to have Mike as our tech. He was very knowledgeable and polite and took the time to explain about termites, their behavior and the importance of keeping them away from our home. He explained what he was doing and why making us feel comfortable with our decision. Mike mentioned that he had over 30 years with Terminex and it shows. We are now confident with the protection afforded by Mike and Terminex.
