Terminix always sends a email to set up the next appointment. Then they always show up on time or early in some cases, which is fine with me. Mike who has been our service rep for years is always courteous and lets us know when he has arrived and is starting his work. Excellent service each and every time. Thanks Mike.

The technician does a thorough job in treating my house inside and out. In between my treatment dates I rarely see any bugs. I know they can come into the house when you go shopping. They can be in bags that you bring in from the stores. There is no way of stopping that. I call them hitchhikers. I have used your services for many, many years and have always been satisfied. You back up your work and that is important part of why I have used Terminix for so many years. Keep up the good work.

Just moved to the area and this is my first time using Terminix. So far, so good. Brent came out and found all the old sentricon bait stations, filled them with new bait, and treated the outside of our home. He was very professional and likeable as well. Enjoyed the interaction with him and looking forward to the next service.
