My Terminix guy was so helpful. He explained what type of bugs I actually had in my home. Come to find out, I have been treating it wrong the whole time. He even went out of his way to make sure the traps were out of reaching distance for my 19month old. He was even able to do a last minute add-on to treat my yard for fire ants.

The customer service is excellent! I was surprised when I called on a Friday morning and was told that someone would be at our house that afternoon. Parker examined our property and explained in detail what needed to be done. I was further surprised when he told me he was coming back the next morning, Saturday, to treat our property.
The next week I left him a message requesting a call because my husband and I had a question. My call was returned in a few minutes.
Everyone that I have talked with at Terminix has been courteous and helpful.
