Technicians phone in advance. They are informed. Just asked the guy installing the new traps about price increase. He also explained maintenance and inspections. He explained what he was doing. He was polite. He also knew about our contract.

Workers are polite. They get the job done. Tell us in detail what they are going to do. If you ask them to treat a certain section they do without attitude. If I see anything they will return no attitude right out.

Your service man are very reliable and polite. When they were here this week in the villages of Ebenezer i asked if they would have to spray around my town home and they were able to do the job.
