The only thing my husband and I are disappointed in is that our. quarterly pest control treatment no longer includes placing bait boxes/traps in various locations of our home once or twice a year, as was previously previously. We cannot afford the new additional treatment program for critter control.

He even picked up dead branches in the grass and put them in the garbage without me asking him to, but he just wanted to clean it up on his own that he is there whenever he says he will be and he could not do a better job. The reason I stay with Terminix is because of Parker Lamont. We have had good service people before with Terminix but we had a couple of service people who did not do what they were supposed to. I was about to change companies when Parker took over our account. He is top notch and Terminix should be very appreciative to have him as an employee!

I like that personal touch where I feel the guys are really taking good care of us.
The individual attention to issues I may not know about otherwise. My technician (Zack) doesn't just complete the service he is supposed to perform, but also alerts me to other issues found during the inspection. Over the years that has included an unknown leak, mold as a result of that leak, and most recently, water standing under my house.
