First thing I'd like to mention is the professionalism of the technician. Mr. Lee was able to address each one of my concerns and made me feel very comfortable with his answers. He also advised me of the option of re-service if necessary.
Second thing: I have a dog and he assured me all products were pet friendly. As you know if you're an animal owner/ lover that is very important for pet owners.
Third thing: Mr. Lee has been very consistent keeping up with Terminix's quarterly services. He has been servicing my home for a number of years now and I am very happy with the service he provides. I don't think I would be this happy with anyone else.
