When the technician arrives he spends time to talk to the customer on what will be done that day and ask for any other work needed. After the work completed another short talk if there was something found.

I discovered that I had a problem with termites the weekend of Aug. 6, 2022. The person who is working on my deck recommended that I call Terminix. I called Terminix on Monday morning Aug. 8 around 9 am. I thought I would have to wait for several days to receive an inspection of my property. However, the secretary contacted a supervisor, Jonathan Chestnutt, who made room in his schedule for an inspection that day. Mr. Chestnutt and staff listened to me as I shared the information that I had gathered from the workman at my house and also reviewed the pictures and the video that the workman sent to me. After the inspection confirmed the presence of termites under my house, we discussed Mr.Chestnutt's recommendations and a plan of action. I agreed for staff to return on Thursday, Aug. 11 to set bait traps and to spray for ants that are much worse this year. All staff were attentive, respectful, and responsive to my needs during the meeting following their work on Aug. 11. Although we are on the front end of their work, I have seen a decrease in the presence of ants in my house over the last two weeks. I am very pleased with the services provided by Terminix so far.
My service advisor Mr Jonathan is very professional, on time, courteous, helpful and knowledgeable of the services being offered. My services have been phenomenal and he is a huge part of that
