Very thorugh & The Techs are extremely Courteous & prompt(Always on time ). They answer all questions & don't mind you asking ( no matter how Ridiculous). Upon leaving , they give you a sense of relief(A Job Well done) til next followup appt. In time you began to feel a sense of 'knowing them' especially if you happen to land the same Tech (even though rare).When calling into office there's always proper assistance provided & If needing to call back in for Clarity purposes ,feedback is always given politely. The service is thorough and consistent. The technician is always prompt and always asks or suggests other services that may be needed. Most importantly the success and positive results of each treatment are obvious, as I do not see the insect infestations that were there before Terminix!
