I'm OK with Terminix as long as there are no bug issues. Not sure how they will respond if termites do appear. Never paid for any other work, just the original warranty/ insurance coverage.

They sprayed the outside of my home and the inside very good. They even treated for spiders 🕷️ on my patio. They sprayed it as well. They will go in my attic on my next treatment. I highly recommend Terminix.
