Very friendly and attentive customer service. The technician is meticulous in his approach to all the details. We’ve used Terminix for going on five years and seldom ever need them to come inside the house because all the spiders, crawly things, and bugs know better than to try and infiltrate because our technician will give them a beat down. Thank you for also protecting our home against termites.

I just had my annual termite inspection, plus regular schedule treatment. I have had the same technician for several years and the service he provides is outstanding. Not only does the technician check for his responsibilities, but looks for any anomalies that may be in the crawl space and provides valuable information for issues that might have to be addressed. He noticed a small juncture leak in the plumbing that was just barely dripping. Needless to say, I referred this information to my plumber and it was fixed without having a catastrophic event. So in essence, if you are looking for a pest control company that have employees that really care about their customers---I suggest you get in touch with Terminix and discuss your options.
