I have 2 separate Terminix accounts, one at home and one at a vacation home. While both locations have professional technicians that have been with their locations for many years, the Huntersville, NC location is so easy to call and get immediate response to any problems that arise. I have peace of mind knowing our properties are well protected.
I don't use Terminix I get cockroaches, spiders, and termites. I use Terminix and they are gone without a trace. It's affordable and the alternative is unwanted.
Plus the people are really conscientious and genuinely care about doing their jobs. Choose them, you'll be satisfied like me.

The exterminator showed up a few minutes early. He applied exterminants and swept the eaves of insect nests. He went over what he did, and that was it.

Prompt and honest
I have been a happy customer for over 30 years. Most of the time I’am not even home when my service is performed. I know I don’t have to worry about the technician performing his service around the perimeter of my home. Rarely if ever do I need treatment inside my home because I don’t have pest inside the house. Also my technician Michael Rojas is very professional in performing all the different treatments he uses. The times I am at home when he treats the house he always explains the different treatments he is using. I hope he continues to be my technician for many years to come.
