I have been a customer for about 2 years. I have been fortunate to work with staff who talked to me regarding my concerns and provided feedback as well as answered my questions.
I like continuity of services. I prefer to have the same staff person at my house every time I receive services. I do not like to be assigned to different staff. Thus far, Terminix has honored that request and I have been pleased with the work of the staff assigned to me. I am currently working with Rob. The previous person left the company. We have a positive working relationship and I have been pleased with the services I receive.
My one concern at this time is that I do not receive any feedback from the person providing my termite services. I do not know who that person is and have not received any reports on the status of my property. This situation must change or I will not renew my contract this year.
Jesse Shannon has been great - always on topof what’s needed, knows his stuff and is very thorough and pleasant to work with. He represents the company well!
