#1 Very polite, friendly AWA Promp Technicians. #2 Representatives don't mind explaining things if asked & will offer advice if needed .#3 Will answer questions no matter how Rediculous they may be or horrid as they may sound.
#4 They don't mind giving examples or explaining a situation if need be, so there's clear & precise understanding. #5.There's no misleading the customer Re: scheduled timing of Terminix Routine home care.
