I would give you a "20" if I could. We have used Terminex in Statesville for Termite protection and have always received outstanding service. Technicians are on-time, polite and do everything to make sure we receive top-notch service. We started pest control with Jacob this week. Due to weather, he had to come out in the evening when his shift is usually over for the day. Jacob is very kind, friendly and has a real willingness to make sure we were taken care of as customers. Your office staff is also incredibly flexible, friendly and willing to please. Service like this is few and far between, Thank you for keeping such high customer service standards and for a job well done!!
