We have been with Terminex for over 20 years. Their service has always been professional. They are prompt when called. They always arrange for service appointments ahead of time. Always informing when and who will be doing our service.
The services are fine, but I don't like these "surveys". When I answer less than 10 on whether I would recommend Terminix, then I get questions about what the service tech did wrong. Those are not the same question.
