We like our service technician/pest specialist, Jackie Hancock. She is always on time and dependable and will take her time inspecting and treating our home. She listens to my concerns -- which at the time are big, black, green and blue blow flies invading our upstairs courtesy of the industrial dairy operation next door -- and tries to offer suggestions on eliminating them. The flies, not the farm , although that would be welcome. She is very personable as well.
I really enjoy your employees! It seems to me that you have a great team working for you. Jackie goes above and beyond, is very friendly, sociable, and you can tell she really wants to help you with your problem. She is very knowledgeable and enjoys her job, anyone that enjoys their job is going to work hard and do it with a smile on her face.
