Friendly, punctual and most can answer questions. Although the one today didn't seem to understand my concern all that much. Most are able to give a really good answer to a specific question about the product.

Wyatt is our technician.He's very professional, prompt and friendly. He asks questions and then tells you exactly what he's going to do.. does it...summarizes his activities, tells you when he's leaving and thanks you for your business.
The Office staff is also very helpful and professional...calling to make appointments, etc.
If you should need followup on anything...1 phonecall and someone, usually a Supervisor is right there in a day or 2. We are 20+ year customers and are very satisfied !
