I like everyone at Terminix, from the lady on the phone when I call for service or to make payments, to the young men who show up to do the work , and especially to Jacquie Hancock who personally supervises every job!
I also was very impressed by this company's willingness to help me help a friend who had lost her air conditioning last summer, by allowing me to pay for the needed repairs without her knowing the cost involved. Terminix and all the staff were sympathetic and went out of their way to help me help my friend, who was and is raising two of her grandchildren on a very limited income.
