In his absence all the creepy crawly things came back in full swing no thanks to the ineptitude of those who were sent here in Pauls absence. But he quickly listened to my account of the situation and took care of things right away.

Also, by having the same treatment person, they can come in and go right ahead with their treatment without me having to follow them around to show them areas of concern. I can just tell them and it’s taken care of.
