Your products definitely do the Job!!! Matt Cope has done an excellent job of protecting my house of bugs and critters plus he takes excellent care of my encapsulated basement. I like the bait traps for my termites, they are taking care of my house ONLY wish I could be notified when the termite bait trap inspection is completed, either email or notice on my front door knob like years ago. The cost is expensive and to never know that the traps have been checked is unsettling.
