Whenever I have called, they have gotten someone to come out right away. Our service person, Riley always answers all of our questions and does a great job treating our home. Recently, we had hornets in our backyard and Riley came out and took care of the nest the next day. He followed up with a visit the following day and offered to come out if we had any more sightings. It took care of the nest and we don't have to worry about our family, friends and dogs getting stung. Thanks Terminix and Riley for their outstanding service.
