In the 30 years or more that I have been taken care of very well by Terminix, I have always had highly trained technicians, who were also professional, inquisitive, and thorough but very much involved and friendly to us as well. Ben Hyatt is an example of that now. There have been many who have come through our doorways and each one has been missed sorely, as they have moved on for whatever reason. However, the next seems to be endowed with those same qualities! It is reflected also in all of the people in the office that look after us in Cashiers North Carolina And we almost strike up friendships just with such pleasant phone conversations. If I have a problem, they are there to fix it for me if possible. The technicians have found things that were wrong with the house so that we could spare huge expenses later. It is truly a comfort. Thank you all.

What I like is the service and the people. What I don't like is the reminders to send Feedback because I'm getting double reminders.
