Your technicians are prompt, courteous and attentive. We had used the services of Terminix several years ago for a one-time treatment of a cricket infestation problem. That treatment was effective. Since we've just recently had our first treatment for a carpenter ant infestation problem, I can't comment yet on the effectiveness until the pesticide has had a chance to eliminate the problem.
