Hard, honest workers, our guy always explains what and why he is doing things, he keeps track of how the mousepads are working, what he is noticing regarding how the chemicals are working and pays close attention to my observations.
I LOVE Terminix in Cashiers as they COMMUNICATE with me! They email me when it’s time to have the technician come to my house, I set up a time, Sam texts me when he is on his way.
Heads up- I have been a customer of Terminix in Atlanta for over 50 years now and I am FIRING them as they don’t communicate or call or supervisors change schedules without letting me know. I hope you send them this message!!!
