Michael always arrives right on time for our regular treatments. He works diligently and efficiently, and he is always cheerful, friendly, and respectful. He calls every three months to set up a convenient time. When I call Terminix, the person who answers the phone is always cheerful and responsive to my needs. I am grateful to Terminix for ridding my home of camelback crickets, and I’m grateful to Michael and the whole staff for always making me feel a valued customer.
