Normally, the technician completes the inside and outside portions of the service very efficiently and is very personable.
Our latest service was completed by another technician and it was poorly delivered. The technician supposedly completed the outside service and started we weren’t home to do the garage and inside work. That is blatantly false. Not only were we home all day, but had a couple of contractors working on our construction project.
That being said, the office has rescheduled the service.
