I met with the technician, Casey, and showed him around my house which included a basement and porch. He assured me he would take care of everything. He also made a few suggestions which I really liked and agreed with. He sprayed quickly and thoroughly. He was professional and approachable. It was a good interaction and I felt he really listened.
I am always ask if I have had any problems since the last time they were there and if I do to contact them and they well come back. They really take time to listen and help to tell you what can be done to help if I have any issues.
