We have had Terminex now for 22 years, ever since our home was built new. We were fortunate enough to start out with Jason Littrell who serviced our home for many years. He then went on to be the Manager of our area, and is one of the nicest persons you could meet. We have had a few service Techs over the years, but turn over is minimal as a testament to Terminex, as they have either been promoted or moved on in life, including Steven Lance, and Marley Riddle. Each one met the standard set by Jason Littrell In our eyes. Currently Dalton Wyatt has become our newest Tech, a truly great guy and he is another example of a the quality of person and dedication to work ethics that your company has provided to us. I can personally say that I have enjoyed actually becoming what is more like a friend with each of them as opposed to just some worker coming into your home. I enjoy the day that they have come to do our service as I also get to hear a little about their lives and share some stories as they go about their work. They all have worked professionally, with a knowledge and caring for what they do as well as being some of the friendliest and nicest people you could meet. We have had Terminix for 18 years. Even though we have had 4 different men service our house, ALL have been extremely polite and professional. Dalton was here a couple of days ago.
He showed up promptly for the appointment.
The turnaround between my request for information and the service being provided was about 12 hours. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. They did not pressure us into purchasing anything unnecessary. Highly recommend!
