Our technician was actually early but called to see if it was OK to come before the appointment.
He did a thorough inspection and reported his findings to me.
As I have done repeatedly over the years I complained to him about the price and what I thought about the yearly inspection an almost scam.
I wish I could recall his name but he patiently listened and then explained that this was essentially an insurance policy and an early warning system for termite damage.
Now I can't complain any longer because due to his patience and knowledge of Terminex service. Now I finally get it.
