We have used Terminix for quite a few years and have been satisfied with the service. I requested service this time because we are seeing black ants in our house. The house was treated on May 27. Unfortunately we are still seeing the ants. I am not complaining that the service was not done appropriately, but I would like guidance on how to proceed due to still having ants.
Again, we appreciate the service and feel the techs are always friendly and provide good service.
The Franklin NC branch, and manager Robert in particular, are very responsive and pleasant to work with. The Terminix organization, specifically international portion, needs to stop interfering with customers like me who want to work with a local branch operation.

It's so hard to get professionals to come to our rural property to help with anything. Terminix scheduled a visit within 2 days, took care of our hornets nest and dirt dobber next, and cleared the spider webs around the house. They also told us of their yearly maintenance contract that was very reasonable and included treating the perimeter of the house every 3 months to keep bugs at bay. Philiip Carroll was prompt and professional. Happy to use their services!

Every one is so friendly and efficient from the office staff to Jordan the technician who treats our cabin. Jordan goes way beyond just treating for insects. He treats inside and out, brushes down spider webs and lets me know if he sees anything that may need my attention. I have even asked him to check on things for me. YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR. I'm very satisfied with Terminex of Franklin.
