I have found the the agent from Terminix to be very professional in his approach to the treatment of our house. Having had a mouse problem, which included damage to both vehicles in our garage, he was able to rid the place of the pesky varmints. He was also very cheerful as he went about his work. The main office was very understanding about when our treatment had to be scheduled and gave no problem with the date and time.

Wow! Robert really did a great job. He treated some areas that have never been done before, that were supposed to be part of the routine maintenance. We were having a bad infestation of ants, and he went over and above with his treatment, and seems to have taken care of the problem.
