Everything is fine and I would have given a rating of 10, but I am still having problems w/ants in the kitchen, and crickets in the garage long after bay doors are shut. The ant visitation has greatly diminished in population, but a few scouts continue daily so far. Those crickets may survive long enough to get through our house door esp. if left open, which is our fault, but they live for days hidden and chirping in our basement rec-room. Very annoying.
The gentleman, who treated our house was fine in every way and he stated for us to call if we continued to have the ant or any problem. I have waited a few days to see if the above would improve. I consider this notice of my contact with you now done.

It was easy to get an initial appointment; the technician was very professional and did a great job getting rid of our hornets nest. He explained a yearly contract clearly for us, prompting us to sign up. The price is fair for the service we received. When the tech came out to do the next quarterly treatment, he let us know he was there and asked if we had any specific problems we needed him to focus on. Overall, a great experience.

I really like the office staff when I call. They talk to me like they know me. We think the world of Jordan our tech. Most of the time we don't see him. This last time we were here and it's like we are best friends. He greated our dog by name. That tells us a lot. He does extra things that we really appreciate. Things our tech back home doesn't do. We would not want to lose him.
