I like the fact that the services needed at my Cabin in Mountain Rest Lakes are scheduled in advance, and in addition, I am informed as to who the Service Representative will be and what day, and what time he will be there. That information gives me the option to set my schedule so that I will be at the cabin to meet the Rep and to discuss the services performed as well as to discuss any issues if any.
I also want to say that the Rep is nice, professional, and goes about his work in a diligent and professional manner even though on his last visit he had to deal with rainy weather conditions.
After his inspection of the Sentricon Units around the cabin and pavillion, he inspected underneath the cabin for any unwanted activity.

tech is very helpful, courteous, knowledgeable, and always does a thorough job. one problem is that terminex does not advise when there is a price increase. seems like there has been 2 in the last year. being on a fixed income is making it difficult to continue my service with terminex.

Our service rep Josh Eldridge in Seneca SC is great! He always does a fantastic job with all of our treatments for year round service of annual and seasonal pests. Our home and property would be a mini Jurassic park without the product and professional application thereof.
