A real person answered when I called. A visit was scheduled. A tech visited as scheduled. He explained what we were seeing was not termites. We agreed to schedule quarterly inspections/treatments

I have used Terminix for number of years and value the results. They do quality work and have good leadership at the branch level. They change service technicians too often but i guess that is nature of the times. I believe the technician we have now is doing a good job and tries very hard to communicate with us.
