I am very pleased with our Terminix quarterly service and annual Terminix termite service. Our rep, Josh is friendly, polite, and knowledgeable about all the different products Terminix offers. I also like that we have the same rep every time we need our service, unlike many other pest control services we have used in the past. I also appreciate that the Seneca front office calls and sends me an email reminding us that it is time to make an appointment. This allows us to make an appointment that is convenient for our schedule!

Application of chemicals appears to be very effective in eliminating most insects except the Japanese hornets (may go by another name also). The techs are on time and customer focused.
