Our service representative, Brian, is wonderful! Friendly, knowledgeable, thorough and responsive. If we have an issue outside of his regular visits, he makes every effort to work us into his schedule and address it. Also, the office staff is always friendly and helpful when we contact them.
Terminix worker seem to do a good job.
Terminex came on time and did what was scheduled to be done in a timely fashion. No problems as usual. We only have outside spraying done for years and that has kept our place in good order. Other than our dog barking we wouldn't have hardly even noticed he was doing his job. Nice.
