First off, all my phone calls are always returned in a timely manner.... that's a good thing. The contacts are professional and courteous, whether it be the office staff or the actual service technician. My appointment times are always kept or an update is recieved about the delay. Pricing for the requested services are very reasonable, both for the regular insect control and the termite inspections. If ever required, a simple phone call is all that's needed to have the service rep stop in for any special problems that may occur (pesky ants, etc). Plan on having great service and response from these folks!
