I like that Nathan is my regular service man that comes to my home. He knows my house, my concerns, and where to look to ensure he treats the areas not thought about. His recommendations are always on point. I trust Nathan when he says that it is time for my home treatment. When I have to be out of town or away for business, he doesn't push to treat the inside. He treats the outside and keeps me informed of any issues that he has seen. Nathan always treats me with respect and is always professional. He is the reason why I remained with Terminix.

We appreciate Ryan explaining how the termite protection and pest service works. It makes much more sense than the way our previous pest service was doing things.
