We have had a contract with Terminex since we built our log home 30 years ago. We've had 3 occasions to need their help, and each time they successfully handled the problem. We also feel comforted by the regular inspection we get. The Taylors office is easy and helpful to deal with. I would give a full 5 ☆s if the contract were a little more reasonably prices to maintain. 🙂
