But the most recent inspection was scheduled for 1PM. We were out of the house shopping in the morning, but made a point of being home by 1PM. However, apparently the inspection was completed in the morning. It's not a huge deal, but communication could have been better.

We have been using Terminix since June 30, 1991..the day we moved into our then-new house. There was no hardi-plank in 1990-91, so our house is covered in clear cedar clapboard & is nestled on a steep site surrounded by 2 acres of forest. Of course we need timely, knowledgeable quarterly spraying..but especially great care during the annual termite inspection. Freddy Chiarello is the BEST technician across the 35 yrs we’ve lived in our house. Thank you, Freddy!
