Nathaniel also discovered a pipe leak in my crawl space that I needed to get repaired the next day. I would have not known otherwise. The bait stations were all checked and updated as needed. Great service
I like not having the idea of spiders, ants and other bugs could live in my home. I pay to have the peace of mind that there are no creepy crawlies in my space. The person now sprays areas that where bugs could potentially get in. This was not always the case as some employees only came in with flashlight in hand looking for who knows what. At least now I can visually see that the areas are well looked after.
I do like being able to speak with a human being and NOT a computer aided hello press numbers. I can easily address my concerns via email and a reply is forthcoming almost immediately.
No fuss no mess, my bug worries are terminated.
