Well, first of all Nathan Strange is a true professional! He is always ON TIME, cordial, thorough, and effective. He answers any questions I have, always remembers the little nuances of treating our home, and spends the right amount of time on the job, neither too little nor too much.
We have had zero problems with pests with him as our technician! In addition, he takes a little time to make sure you do not have any questions or concerns.
Truly, he makes Terminix better and I actually enjoy his visits to our home.
