Well I haven't experienced any obvious termite activity so I assume your service is doing its job.
I wasn't home during the last inspection, so I can't really say anything beyond "it sounds like someone came to the house that day". Had I known when someone was planning to arrive I would have made an effort to be there or to schedule it accordingly.
So outside of that I really don't have much to base any recommendation off of.
I've also received at least 3 or 4 emails in the past week alone asking me for feedback, so I'm doing this partially in the hopes that those will stop.
In all honesty though, I'm happy to provide feedback and recommendations (and I do trust that the service is effective), I just don't have much interaction to refer to.
