Adam Smith recently encapsulated the crawl space of my house. The before encapsulation pics and after encapsulation pics are dramatically different. Adam did an excellent job. Adam is, by far, the nicest, most pleasant, and professional person I have ever dealt with at Terminix. I recommend asking for Adam Smith if you need any work done by Terminix.

The most important thing to me and I feel like it starts at the office. All the girls in the office are efficient professional, but yet so friendly concerned about your concerns and how soon they feel or I feel as a customer that a technician needs to come out the courtesy the friendliness the girls in the office like I said, go above and beyond been dealing with With Terminix for over 20 years now! Can't say enough about the managers that come and go, but one will always come to my mind and it’s Matt Ward hated to see him leave here in Mount Pleasant. I haven’t met but one of the other ones so far, but Matt Ward always went above and beyond as an office manager when he would be in my area he would always stop if I was outside working in the yard to make sure everything was OK and if I needed anything I believe now they have put him in in Summerville he is truly asset, no matter where they put him. The technician I use now Adam, and then the young man that goes underneath my house I believe his name is Sean. I can say I feel very comfortable when they get done with their inspections. all the technicians they never tried to talk to you into anything they tell you what they feel would benefit you and your home and actually that’s what Terminix is all about taking care of your home and preventive. I know some things can’t be predicted, but that’s a nice thing about Terminix they will be there for you and I can truly say that from experience.

This was the first time that Lans serviced my home. I had a wonderful relationship with Nathan and thought no one could fill his shoes when he moved on. Lans fills those shoes. He was on time, courteous, asked all the right questions and did a thorough job. I hope to see him on my route for a long time.
