Lans, my technician, was amazing. He arrived right on time, was respectful and very thorough in completing my inspection. He also educated me as to what to watch for with termites.

Branch did a great job of communicating with me. My annual termite inspection and termite bait station monitoring were due. They sent me an email a month in advance of my renewal. As my renewal date came closer; they emailed, sent a post card and called, to schedule a mutually agreed upon date and time.

I have used Terminix for over 20 years. They have encapsulated under my house they do my termite bond take care of my dehumidifier. Adam is mostly my technician he always looks at my bait stations he knows exactly where everything is what needs to be done he also does my bug treatment he takes his time and make sure everything is right! I would absolutely give Terminix a five star they’ve always gone above and beyond the Ladies at the office are great when I call they take care of you immediately. Whatever you need they scheduled for you. Have to say I do miss Matt Ward I believe they moved him in the Summerville office! Haven’t met the new office manager in the Mount Pleasant area!
