Lee Dial is my Terminex professional. He is knowledgeable and courteous. He came to my house when there had been a mixup in my appointments which took him out of his way and cost him some time….but nonetheless, he serviced my home with the same level of professionalism and pleasantness as always.

They scheduled an appointment in advance and when they were due to be slightly late, I was notified via phone call by the technician in a friendly and considerate manner. After inspection I was contacted via phone to review the results. Overall very positive experience.
