We have used Terminix for more than 40 years for both pest and termite control. We've never had a problem. The service is consistent and dependable. We like the fact that Terminix makes an appointment for each service. Service personnel ask if there are any particular areas that need attention and always report on things prior to leaving. They also tell us to call them anytime we need them between regular service treatments.

Terminix is the only termite insurance that I've been able to find that will guarantee repairs if termite damage is found where I'm not at fault. What's the point of having it otherwise? Also, your technicians are consistently polite, knowledgeable, and they always call before showing up as I have requested. Nathan was a pleasure to have on my property do my home termite inspection. He understood my concern for my plants where the bait stations were, and he was kind enough to install a new station where a Japanese maple would have been damaged getting to an old station.
