Last winter, my house was overrun with water rats. It was horrible.They left when it got warm & I hired Terminex to place & maintain bait stations outside. They also closed up all routes for the rats to get in the house. It's now January 10, and I've seen no evidence whatsoever that the rats have returned.

Lee Dial is my Terminex professional. He is knowledgeable and courteous. He came to my house when there had been a mixup in my appointments which took him out of his way and cost him some time….but nonetheless, he serviced my home with the same level of professionalism and pleasantness as always.
The technicians are well-informed, effiicient, and courteous, and they always let me know if they are not able to come at the time of their appointment. The results of their work have been very good. The office staff is efficient and courteous. The cost of the service seems to be competitive with other pest control services in the local area.
