Jason, the Terminix technician was courteous and friendly. We a recent problem with what we thought ants in the pantry. He took the time to explain to us ( after we showed him a few of the critters in a plastic bag) that they were likely not ants but a variety of beetle.
Spraying our food pantry with chemicals, we learned, is not an option.
He took the specimen back to the office and called us back to report info about the beetle and how to get rid of them and prevent it from coming back.
